Paul Walker Dies in a Fast and Furious 2005 Porsche Carrera GT

 Paul Walker, the Fast & Furious actor, was drawn to high octane cars. In fact, that day’s charity event was held at a high-performance car shop owned by Walker and his friend Roger Rodas in Santa Clarita, California

The pair left the event in a 2005 Porsche Carrera GT, with Rodas driving and Walker riding shotgun. The car was known for being hard to handle, and only a few hundred yards away from the shop, Rodas lost control of the vehicle. The Porsche was traveling at about 100 miles per hour before it hit a curb, a tree, a light post, and then another tree before bursting into flames.

Paul Walker was killed in the accident from combined trauma and burns.
